The Poison
Dart is powered by a fuel injected
528 Hemi that dyno'd at 570hp. With the
bottle, it will peak at over 670.
The Dart will feature a front coil
over suspension, Bowler performance
transmission and Heidt's fully
independent rear suspension with
inboard disc brakes. The wheels are
18" Kinesis and the tires are
Goodyear Eagle F1's. The paint is
PPG's Vibrance colors.
The Poison Dart will make its debut
on this year's HOT ROD Power Tour.
The plans also call for the car to
make appearances at Chryslers at
Carlisle, Car Craft Street Machine
Nationals, HOT ROD Super Nationals
and The MOPAR Nationals.
Additionally, the Poison Dart will
be in the Holley booth at this
year's SEMA event.
Stop back as we will make frequent
updates!

The Poison Dart, owned by Richard
Wies, Jr. and built by Imagine
Motorsports is featured in the
January 2006 Popular Hot Rodding
Magazine which is now on local
newstands. Jim McIlvaine has done a
great job of capturing the essence
of The Poison Dart, both in pictures
and in text. He also does a superb
job of telling the entire story of
how and why the Dart project was
completed. The five page feature
article is highlighted by some
breathtaking action photography shot
in and around the downtown Milwaukee
area and prominent mention is made
of our sponsors and partners. Many
thanks go out to Primedia and
Popular Hot Rodding Magazine,
Richard Wies, Jr. and all of our
sponsors, partners and friends that
have helped bring The Poison Dart to
reality. Look for the Dart to be on
display in 2006 at the Detroit
Autorama, MOPARs at the Strip and
Chryslers at Carlisle. And don't be
surprised to see an orange and white
blur rumbling through the Smokey
mountains on next year's HOT ROD
Power Tour!
We have amassed several hundred
pictures of The Poison Dart project,
beginning to end. If you would like
